2. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital products—including but not limited to eBooks, downloadable files, and digital content—are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of digital goods, once access has been granted or a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned.

3. Physical Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges for physical items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photo evidence of the damage

Failure to provide this information within the required timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.

5. Order Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details—including shipping address and product selection—are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases.
